With a secluded, tree-lined setting, spacious deck, and private hot tub, you’ll have no trouble enjoying the outdoors right from home. When it’s time to explore, grab your skis or snowboard and head to the slopes, a little over three miles away. Warm-weather visitors will have their pick of hiking, mountain biking, golf, and more.

At the home itself, you’ll find an updated, mountain-modern interior, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen features a full suite of appliances and flows directly into the dining and living areas. Little helpers can perch on the barstools, then the whole family can sit down for a meal together at the large, reclaimed wood dining table. Spend the day enjoying nature, then come home to get cozy in front of the fireplace while you stream the latest release. Use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media, or unplug entirely and play a board game together. When bedtime calls, five well-appointed rooms await, including a primary bedroom with its own TV and an en suite bath. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
