Located at the front of Residencial 305, the apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Bombas Beach.
The area offers easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and other services, allowing you to enjoy much of your stay without needing to use your car.

The apartment does not have a separate living room. The kitchen is integrated with the dining area, making functional use of the available space.
OUTDOOR AREA AND BARBECUE
The outdoor area of the property has tables, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue grill available for guests to use.
Important: this area is not exclusive to the apartment and also serves as a walkway for guests accessing other accommodations within the property.
The barbecue grill may occasionally need to be shared with guests from other apartments. We do not take reservations for specific times or for the space. The guests who begin using the grill first have priority, and any arrangements should be coordinated directly among guests.
PARKING
Parking is located on a separate lot next to the property, just a few meters from the apartment.
Since Residencial 305 is an older building and does not have enough parking spaces for all of its apartments, we provide this separate parking area for our guests.
The lot is exclusively for our guests and is fenced, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras, providing additional security during your stay.
