Das Apartment war tiptop sauber, sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man für den Alltag so braucht. Das Highlight war der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Apartment liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation "Carolina Michaelis" entfernt, von der man schnell in die Altstadt bzw. Flughafen kommt.
