The Compound is Lakeview Lodge and Blue Hill Farm together — a two-minute walk apart on 3.5 acres above Lake George. Seven bedrooms, 17 beds, 5.5 baths, sleeps 16+. Two hot tubs, two fire pits, two dock slips, a game room and a party barn with a disco ball. Lake views from both.

THE SPACE

LAKEVIEW LODGE — 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 2.5 baths. Lake and Tongue Mountain views from nearly every room, wrap-around deck with hot tub, Last Call Bar, game room, fire pit.

BLUE HILL FARM — 3 bedrooms plus bunk room, 9 beds, 3 baths. The party barn: karaoke, jukebox, arcade, darts, pool table. Hot tub, fire pit, lemonade stand for the little ones.

BETWEEN THEM — the Sasquatch Trail, two minutes on foot. Keep an eye out.

GUEST ACCESS
Both houses, both yards, the barn, the trail. A few owner closets and the garage stay locked.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am. After booking we send a short rental agreement to sign, then arrival details on the day. The primary guest must be 25 or older. The barn is not heated or cooled. Undisclosed pets are charged $250 each. Cancellations carry a non-refundable card-processing fee. Concierge services and WOW experiences — private chef for 20, boat rentals, a s’mores bar — are available on request. Managed by Luxury Lake George, Bolton Landing.
