„There were a few things that needed to be checked prior to renting to a new tenant. The coffee maker was dirty, two dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, a couple nails sticking up from the hardwood floors, towel rack was broke when we arrived. Semi low level apartments with not alot of decor. There was fairly good communication with the rental company. “

„The noise was very high at night from the neighboring units. They were probably just talking but we could hear them. The master bedroom could be rearranged so there could be nightstands to put a lamp and things needed during the night. I didn’t like having to charge my phone on the floor. The paper towel was the worst have ever used! The two-ply would not stay together. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves! “

"Check in was easy after we asked several times to get the information a little earlier since we arrived from germany and didn't have internet till we got in the house.The internet conection was really slow 30Mbits was the highest. The TV wasn't working right. We had 8 channels no internet connection till almost the end of our 3 weeks stay.As we arrived after a 23 hours trip there was nothing cleaned, not even the beds were made. The owner organized the cleaning crew at 10pm. They never came back with washed sheets. Glad I started to take it off and washed it on ny own, so I could use at least the sheets and pillow cases for the Queen bed again.I organized the closet to find bed spread for the Queen bed.The view was amazing and it is only a short walk to the beach. The lack of information of things to do, restaurants to visit, plus local shopping was disapointing. A faster response, sometimes would have been nice."
