„I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. “

„I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. I arrived to the resort only to discover the manager refused to rent me a room and said he canceled my reservation. He then sent me to another hotel where I had to pay for a room. The next ...

„If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay.“

„Sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage. Mitten in der alten Königsstadt “

„Very very nice view from the room and overall very peacefull location.“

„Loved everything about this hotel!“

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread, was excellent in both quality and ...

„Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.“
