What some guests may not like about our home
- This home is not pet friendly and we make zero exceptions whatsoever. The homeowner is extremely allergic to animals (not just the dander, so hypo-allergenic does not matter). Please do not bring any pets for any reason as this will just create more headache for everyone and cost you a lot more in fees for sanitizing the entire home.

Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 king bed in the Master, 2 full beds in the second and third bedroom and The couch is also a decent enough size to sleep on if you wish to do this. The home occupancy permits 7 overnight guests.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
