Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.

We find immense enjoyment + pride in what we do. Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping you, our guest to feel at home while away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families.

As a very young family and world travelers ourselves, we constantly walk our own talk and believe strongly in our mission to give traveling families the kind of experiences and accommodations that we look for when we are away from home. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay.
