Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy walking or biking more than 25 miles of paved trails along the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a mile from the home. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. A private patio is right off the dining room kitchen area. You will not be disappointed.
Guests have full access to the entire house and back patio. The 2 car garage is accessible and has an electric car charger available. Some full size pickups are too long to fit inside the garage. There is limited parking in front based on HOA rules. The HOA allows 48hrs parking on the street in front of the house. They also allow guest parking at the end of the street by the block wall. River Pointe drive coming into the neighborhood is not governed by HOA rules.
