„The bathroom light was falling from the ceiling. The floorboards around the bathroom needed painting the room was cobwebs in the ceiling sand on the floor couldn’t you go without shoes? Phone did not work no directions for the TV overall a very poor room.“

„1st...just trying to get the door opened..they give you the code but don't tell you about the other buttons that need to be pushed/used...2nd...you had to body slam yourself to get the door open. The carpet and floor are so warped the door wouldn't open or close without a body slam..the door wouldn't lock . The 4 batteries in the door fell out when you either open or closed the door..3rd..it was very damp in the room..4th..no hot/cold symbols on the water handles..it took awhile to figure out ...

„My grandson went into the restroom in the pool area. The owner/maintenance guy finally came and was rude and blamed my grandson. After 4( minutes they finally drilled out the lock and got him out. He is ten years old and was terrified. If that is how they handle situations I am glad it wasn’t more serious and I don’t need to stay there. On the other end the lady working the desk at check in and check out was very nice.“
