„Entire property was overall very tidy and cozy. Had to provide my own sheets and towels, which was no big deal. Loved the motion light switch in the bathroom. This place is PERFECT for a couple that simply needs a place to sleep and shower. There's a small mini fridge, microwave, and 2 stove eyes for some simple meals if needed. Really cool private outdoor shower! “

„The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet.“

„Easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The historic district was safe with beautiful homes. Jeff, the host provided suggestions on where to eat. Jesters which is a 1 minute walk was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable. “

„The property was ok. We had trouble getting in as the keypad didn’t unlock the deadbolt. The WiFi didn’t work the first 2 days we were there, and the coffee pot never worked. The property owner came to reset the WiFi and check on the coffee pot, but when we returned neither were working. I did not receive another response after texting that the problems unresolved. I also recommend adding a window covering to the second bedroom window. “
