Positioned on Bodmin Moor, a paradise for walkers, you are surrounded by dozens of footpaths and bridleways. Heading to the south coast you will find the harbour towns of Fowey and Polperro within 11 miles, and to the north you can visit Port Issac (famed in the Doc Martin TV show), try fish and chips at Rick Steins in Padstow and enjoy the rugged coast path and top surf spots at Polzeath and Newquay. Also close by the world famous Eden Project, several National Trust properties and cyclists will enjoy the trails at Cardinham.

On entering this impressive property you'll notice the original features such as exposed beams and slate floor. The beautiful stone fireplace is now home to a cosy wood burner (for which a starter pack is provided) which guests can enjoy from the comfortable leather sofas - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while streaming your favourite films and TV shows on the Smart TV. The separate dining room is just off the lounge, through a set of double doors, whilst less formal meals can be taken at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-sized and equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nescafe coffee machine, plus CD player/radio. For added convenience, there is a handy boot room located next to the kitchen, with a Belfast sink and WC. Completing the ground-floor is a handy shower room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one double and two twins, one with 2'6" single beds. The family bathroom is also upstairs featuring a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Outside, guests will find the private hot tub, whilst the property also benefits from an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ.
