„We would agree that this is a charming bungalow near the beach. We went for an extended weekend from the Central Florida area. The hosts were readily available to provide beach recommendations and to address our needs. We would definitely stay here again for another Florida staycation. “

„The location wasn't where we expected it to be (that is not on the host - it's how VRBO does the location before you get the address). And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. She immediately processed the refund request (minus the fees she is charged by VRBO). And she was wonderful to deal with.Had she had a property in the location we expected to ...

„We had an amazing week! The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was responsive to our questions. The house was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect- allowing us to enjoy fishing on the lagoon with also a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and large tiki hut! Thanks, Andrey!“

„We had a family reunion and this place was perfect!The check in process was easy and Jeanine was very quick to respond to my few questions as we checked in and had great suggestions about things to do in the area!The kitchen was perfect and we cooked every day.The gas grill was easy to useThe beds were very comfortableThe pool and hot tub were perfect-don’t be shy about using the pool and spa app —- we took turns changing the lights in the pool to different colors.. We will definitely be back!“

„All in all it’s a great property and the host is reacting promptly to any questions. We could even extend the our stay by a couple of hours for a fair price. We only gave 4 stars because the outside was rather untidy but apart from this we can absolutely recommend his property. We might even go back there“

„This place was a great space for us to stay at while visiting family for the holidays. Clean and easy to get into. The check in process was simple and they were easy to work with. Lots of things in somewhat walking distance or driving distance if walking isn't your speed. Soft bed and plenty of pillows. The bathtub is HUGE!!! The pool looked nice even with it not being heated, which makes a lot of sense in the area. For the time we were there the price was excellent and I hope it stays that way ...

„We were contacted hours before that our room wouldn't be ready. Was juggled twice to different properties due to previous occupant trashing the room. Tree stump grinding happened three feet in front of our door. Pesticides were then sprayed the next morning outside our opened screened window. The pool was ususable for the entire last week due to the spraying and cement work being done in and around the pool. Our shower was missing half of the glass door, and had to be sopped up with towels. And ...

"The layout of the hotel room was great! I very much enjoyed the small kitchen and balcony. The bed was comfy as well. There was some minor wear and tear on the furniture, but the room was very clean and there were no bugs (not even one). The staff was always friendly and helpful. The front desk is staffed 24h, and I had no problem checking in even though I arrived late in the evening. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt absolutely safe at this hotel. "

"Kurzer Besuch, um in Florida anzukommen. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis man das Hotel gefunden hat. Die Ausschilderung ist nicht ganz glücklich. Dafür ist das Erlebnis im Hotel umso besser. 25 $ pro Nacht für den Parkplatz ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse völlig okay. Fußläufig sind viele sehr gute Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gegeben. Alles in allem bin ich mit der Buchung mehr als zufrieden und würde es jederzeit wieder empfehlen. "

"Wir haben in diesem Hotel die erste Nacht unserer kleinen Rundreise direkt nach dem Flug verbracht. Besonders Kyle an der Rezeption war fantastisch. In keinem Hotel wurden jemals so nett und herzlich empfangen. Betten und Zimmer sauber, Frühstück war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
