„We stayed here for a long weekend of golfing from Michigan and absolutely loved this place Brand new appliances very clean very spacious high-end everything beautiful upscale neighborhood super comfortable. The pool was awesome waterfront outdoor bar was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation. The property owner and the host deserve a lot of credit for a wonderful experience.“

„Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen . Leider waren nur zwei Liegen vor Ort ( auf Anfrage kamen 3 Tage später noch Weitere geliefert) der Wäscheständer total kaputt und verrostet , dieser wurde zwar auch nachgeliefert , allerdings erst 3 Tage vorm Abflug (Wäsche wurde vorher gewaschen ), Fenster in den Badezimmern sehr verschmutzt und Ungeziefer innen und außen . Insgesamt müsste vielleicht mal etwas investiert. Ansonsten alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben - traumhafter Blick .“

„This beach cottage was perfect for 3 people. It was a very short walk to the beach and is on its own lot. No sharing with another rental. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The cottage is very clean, updated, and comfortable. We will return to this cottage again!“

„We spent 6 days here during spring break and had a fantastic time. My family loved hanging out by the pool and watching the canal. We also took several trips to fisherman’s village and the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. „Not sure what the history of this house is, but its modest exterior belies the modern, upscale (yet dog-friendly) interior. And the location is AMAZING—literally 60 seconds to the beautiful beach. The house was very clean & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals (plus a new gas grill right off the kitchen door). „We loved staying here. The property is well thought out and set up for a few people or a larger group to stay. We especially enjoyed the his and her closets in the master bedroom. The rooms are large and roomy and decorated super nice! A perfect balance of comfort, fun, and all amenities. The pool and hot tub was so nice to have it all to ourselves. „The size and amenities of this property were just perfect for our family. Close enough to beaches and kids loved the pool. Pictures are old but style and set up of property is the same. Plenty of towels for bath and pool. Not the cleanest, I vacuumed the sunroom and got a whole bin of dog hair from previous stays. No laundry detergent for washing them as instructed for checkout.“

„We had a wonderful time in this villa. We lacked nothing. The location was ideal, our pet alligator in the river behind the house greeted us every day. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were the highlights. We couldn't stop raving about it. The sporadic contact with Dustin was also very nice and our questions were answered quickly. In any case, we recommend it to everyone. It was a great vacation!“

„We really enjoyed our stay here! I loved being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach and swim every day. We were able to order fresh fish and have it delivered the next day. We saw dolphins several times right outside the house, and love photographing the wildlife on the island. We had a few maintenance issues and the management company was wonderful and very responsive to any issues. I mentioned we were having trouble with the grill and two days later a new grill appeared!
