„Personal sehr freundlich, essen sehr gut hat alles gepasst“

„No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room“

„It was calm and friendly. “

„(Lake view room) Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. The rooms have everything you could need, they are clean and are very well maintained. Friendly staff in the hotel and in the surrounding restaurants. Highly recommend the Gateway Cafe for brunch.“

„The internet presence is far better than the actual property. The Junior Suite was filthy, the bathroom floor putrid. Booked a table for dinner at 8pm, the staff sat us but then never returned to the table. Went to the bar to order some drinks which were then served and at 8:10 the staff came to the table and asked us to quickly order as the kitchen was closing. Food was ok but nothing special. At 9:50 the staff brought us the bill and asked to settle it as they would be closing at 10pm. Paid ...

„Although we arrived after the kitchen was already closed, the chef made us a vegan platter. Very nice personelle!“

„Beautiful grounds and garden. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast. Only complaint, the front entrance is locked a little early for a Saturday evening, took 2 calls to get the entrance opened. But would recommend.“

„I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests. ...

„We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time.“
