It actually is the end of the world (at least of the road and somehow allmost the end of the infrastructure of the south island ;) ). Stunning view, good restaurant just acrost the street.

Foveaux Hotel
Exceptionally clean accommodation, run by a truly lovely couple genuinely invested in the wellbeing of their guests and the fluffiest cat I’ve encountered in my life. Very convenient if you are traveling to/ from Stewart Island.
