The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. The kitchen was equiped with utensils and spices, although I'd recommend a few more pans for cooking. There was plenty of towels and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash just in case you forget yours. Overall everything was great and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the water! “

I usually bring my own sheets and pillowcases on these types of trips, but honestly, the linen was SO clean we slept on them and saved myself the energy of making the beds. There were also clean towels available. However, we did use our own. There was also shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, dishwashing ...

Thankfully even though we had just enough room to pull in when we arrived the other party staying noticed they parked to far over and moved out of our area. other then that all was peaceful and as expected. Kitchen lacked basic provisions for cleaning. “

Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept.
