„This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else“

„Great location and very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.“

„Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz.“

„This little cabin was perfect for the two of us. Loved the balcony. The bed was super comfy. And the host was more than kind. Great pick!“

„Our 2-BR condo was lovely. Everything was sparkling clean and the place was spacious for what we needed. What MADE it, though, was the VIEW which was spectacular! I felt we should have been pre-informed that there was no coffee for us to use. We could have easily brought some but didn’t know of its non-existence.“

„Perfect condo for couple. Two bathrooms, big kitchen, big porch, big living area.“

„Clean property that was well equipped, and easy check in.“

„Fast alles kaputt oder stark abgenutzt. Heizung nicht im Schlafzimmer. Unglaublich hellhörig: Tag und Nacht Krach von darüber und darunterliehenden Wohnungen. Zigarettenrauch aus der Lüftung. Waschmaschine nicht in Wohnung bzw. selben Haus und viele Quarter-Münzen notwendig.“

„Five minute walk into town with steps in the back which leads you right to sugarlands distillery. Everything was clean and comfortable, overall a very good place to stay!“

„Carpet was dirty and hot water was issue otherwise nice property with good viw“

„Very nice, looks like a new home, comfortable. But as it is a mountain resort watch for bears, we had one walk right near the car, we were glad we were inside the car at that time.“

„We stayed here as a family of five (three adults and two little kids) for a Halloween weekend, and it worked really well for us. The condo is in a great, quiet spot in Gatlinburg, close to the Parkway attractions, with free parking on site. The full kitchen was a big plus for us since we cooked most of our meals. Check-in was smooth with the keypad code, and the hosts were responsive and kind — they even gave us an extra hour at checkout. Would gladly stay again.“

„The location is great, not far from the shops and attractions. The property was not cleaned well. There was mold on the shower curtain, something sticky on the table, and fourth of July glitter bits still all over the floor.“

„The deck was very dirty and did not look safe to stand on“

„Booking was seamless. We had a small issue with remote and TV (user error) LOL! But when we contacted host answered right away and was great help. Got us up and going. Great location for walking down to the strip. Very clean and nice condo. Would strongly recommend.“
