„Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. „This is a nice, fairly new hotel; large rooms and comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent! The elevator was not operating for our 2 nights there, but that was not much of an imposition. Also, ice is available for your rooms, but only at the front desk. Very convenient to Main St.“
