„We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Copperhead. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff, especially Denise, was very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the huge, wraparound porch. The Flying Trout had great food and live entertainment. Not mentioned in other reviews is that it is close to an Appalachian Trail access point on Route 19. All in all, a very relaxing mountain hideaway.“

„Unlikely to stay there again. It was quaint, but lacking in amenities. The lobby didn't open until 8:00 AM for coffee which is too late for an early riser. A small coffee maker in the room would solve this problem. Be aware (as I was not) you are renting a bedroom, no TV and you are a few miles from a restaurant so make sure you have snacks. This set-up may work for some travelers but I found it lacking in amenities that would make the stay a bit nicer. It was clean, but the pool was not open ...
