The outdoor area includes a private hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal park-style grill. Grilling utensils, a cleaning brush, and an ash bucket are provided. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not included—please bring your own. Fire pit starter is provided; firewood is not included.

There is gravel parking for up to four vehicles, and the cabin is accessed by a paved road.

You'll have private access to the entire cabin, including the decks, outdoor spaces, hot tub, fire pit, and arcade room. The enclosed vehicle-storage portion of the garage is not available for guest use.

Other Details to Note:

The cabin is reached by a paved mountain road. Most vehicles, including sedans, handle it well in normal conditions. If snow or ice is forecast during your stay, please allow extra travel time and use appropriate caution.

We provide starter quantities of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. For longer stays or larger groups, you may wish to restock during your visit; Food Lion is a short drive away.

Guest limit: The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests total, including children and infants, in accordance with local regulations.

The cabin receives regular pest-control service. Because it is set in the woods, the occasional insect may still appear, particularly if doors or windows are left open. Please let us know if anything needs attention during your stay.

Need ice for arrival? Let us know before check-in and we will have a starter supply delivered upon checkin. Please note that the refrigerator's built-in ice maker and water dispenser are not connected.

Standard checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, but please message us and we will do our best to accommodate when the schedule allows.

Glitter and confetti: Please do not use glitter or confetti on the property, including indoors, on the patio, or in or around the hot tub. Because it is difficult to fully remove, an additional cleaning fee may apply if it is found after checkout.
