„The Resort and rooms are nice and staff really committed to make the stay pleasant. The new pool was not yet open and they first told us we could only use the spa pool if we book a wellness treatment or pay 60 dollars per person & day which was disappointing looking at the price tag of the hotel and the fact that they do charge a resort fee. After complaining we were finally allowed to use the pool. The problem should be solved now that the new pool is open. There are lots of activities to do ...

„Overall our stay was very nice. We had two families spending a few days getting away from the city. The third floor shower/tub was not working upon arrival but the plumber (who we did not know was coming) did repair this quickly. There was a bit of a fly problem on the third floor however bug killer was likely used just before our arrival, so there were 50 or so dying flies in the tub and around the toilet in the third floor bathroom, however there was not a fly flying in the house, so win win. ...
