„The home was just the right size and very homey. It was convenient to get to shopping and going to the areas we wanted to check out, like Blue Ridge Parkway and the Skyline and also checked out the Apple House. Just some day trips. We also went to Mount Airy "Mayberry", which was fun. “

They live on the Blue Ridge Parkway so this country location was a close drive to their home. It had been years since we had seen them, so we had a good family reunion with the group.“

„This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge ...
