„The people at the front desk were extremely rude right upon check-in. We had friends come by for an hour or two and then they left but the property accused us of packing 5 people onto the property. They demanded our credit card information for check-in and wrote it down rather than just taking it for a security deposit. On top of that the room was extremely gross and smelled like mould and mildew, we had to check out and go book another hotel because after a few hours of being there, the smell ...

„The property is located so close to the village that it is so easy to get around and to all of the activities. The parking is easy to get to. The rooms have kitchen inside so one can easy prepare meals. The only thing is the air conditioning turns on and off throughout the night which is very distracting to sleep and it is cold for people sleeping on the pull out sofa.“

„The room was very outdated. Had a bit of a musty smell. The windows were strange, they opened inwards and they were taped closed except for one. The screen needed to be cleaned. However the bathroom was very clean and bright and the bedding was also clean and fresh so for a place to crash for one night it will do.“

„Beautiful property and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in Collingwood. The wine bar located in the hotel is very convenient and has great snacks and drinks when you want to unwind between activities.“

„Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.“
