„The pictures shown on the expedia plattform as well as parts of the discreption did not match the apartment. After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, ...

„The whole condo unit was amazing, lots of great utilities and tools that we were able to use. Everything was seemless to get such as keys/parking. One outlier was the ski locker combination didn't work so we weren't able to keep our skiis in storage.“

Very disappointing. There was not much to do on the property. The hot tub and pool was alway full and very loud. But we had a very relaxing stay. I would pick another area next time. “
