„We loved the simplicity, the attention to detail and the location! It is off a main road, but very quiet, no street or city lights at night. The space was very clean - This is a fun 'hotel room' - aka nicer than glamping - easy buttons for lights, the cast iron wood burning stove was a breeze... yes the toilet, kitchen, shower is outside... it all makes sense and works well... very peaceful, and sean was very response and helpful.“

„It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. „This house is all about the location! It sets on a beautiful property and is a mile from access to Acadia Park loop road, not to mention close to town. More than enough space for 5 adults to lounge around. The weather was starting to turn to fall so using the fire pit and having the fireplace was so nice. Had a question, and the property manager was so quick to answer. Highly recommend.“

„Everything couldn't have been more perfect! The host was outstanding-- she even started a fire in the wood stove for us so that the cabin would be toasty when we arrived after a day of hiking in Acadia. The place itself is exactly as described and if anything even nicer. I wish I could live there! The lake was gorgeous, the beds comfortable and the stars were amazing. Can't wait to go back! “

„We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was needed after the full days of hiking and bike riding through Acadia. The kitchen was very well appointed, although we never cooked dinner as we enjoyed the Bar Harbor restaurants - More local to the house, be sure to check out the Sea Ketch restaurant… it was delicious. „This is one of the most stocked kitchens of a rental I've ever experienced. My husband and I enjoy cooking when away and were very pleased to have access to all the kitchen tools. "Überraschenderweise eines unserer Hotel-Highlights gewesen - und dies völlig unerwartet. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Bäder, und Wasserdruck in der Dusche, wie man das in USA sonst nicht kennt.
