„The hotel and grounds were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was great, but tied up on the phone for several minutes. We were exhausted after a long day of driving, and just wanted to get into our room. The following morning, we arrived at breakfast just 15 minutes after it opened (7 on Sunday) but a large group of men ( contractors) had wiped out the foods. „This place was different from other places I've stayed. The building had been used for apartments, so I actually was staying in a small apartment with kitchen, living room, armchairs and a couch, aside from the usual bedroom and bath. It would be great for folks needing a bit more room for meeting friends or family. There was no breakfast at the Lodge, but a spot down the road had a wonderful eggs and pancakes one. “
