THE KITCHEN

New granite countertops and sink, a herringbone tile backsplash, freshly painted cabinets, floating shelves and an over-the-range microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with knives, glassware, dinnerware and small appliances. A coffee station is set up for the morning.

LIVING AND DINING

The living room has a working gas fireplace, a sofa, an accent chair and a wall-mounted TV with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN Premium ready to stream. A round pedestal dining table seats four. Board games, puzzles, local books and a guest book are on hand for slow evenings.

KING BEDROOM

New black panel bed with a king memory foam mattress, new quilts and pillows, a bedside charging station and a wall-mounted 55 inch TV with the same streaming apps. A live-edge wood desk makes a comfortable spot to work. Private bathroom with a new tile walk-in shower.

QUEEN BEDROOM

Queen bed with fresh bedding, a tufted bench, a dresser and a wall-mounted TV with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN Premium. Private bathroom with a new tile walk-in shower. There are no soaking tubs in this condo.

BATHS AND LAUNDRY

Both bathrooms were fully renovated. Hospitality towels, hair dryers and refillable soap, shampoo and body wash are provided. A full-size washer and dryer are in the condo.

OUTDOORS

A private covered patio at the front door seats two. Royal Oaks has shared gazebos, a wood fire pit, grills, picnic tables, bike racks and a basketball hoop.

Up to two dogs under 35 pounds each are welcome with prior approval. This weight limit is an HOA rule and is strictly enforced. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

CHECK-IN AND ACCESS

Entry is by smart lock with contactless check-in. You will receive a unique code that works for your whole stay and activates at check-in time (4:00 PM). Check-out is 10:00 AM. You have the entire condo to yourself, plus Royal Oaks' shared grounds. Parking is on site. Royal Oaks allows two vehicles per unit, and one accessible parking space is approved for this property. The entry has one step on the walkway. Inside, everything is on one level.

GOOD TO KNOW

Maximum 4 guests.

The fireplace is gas only. Wood fires are not allowed inside the condo. The wood fire pit is a shared community amenity.

No grilling or open flame within 25 feet of the buildings. Use the community grills.

Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM.

No RVs, boats or trailers overnight. No fireworks.

There are no soaking tubs, only tile walk-in showers.

Dog walk area is the lawn between the dumpster and Building 3.
