„My friends and I had a great summer weekend at this place. The master bedroom is huge and has two very comfortable king-size beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The property is beautiful overall, though the floors weren’t very clean and the refrigerator could have used a better cleaning.“

„Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! “

„The inside of the place is designed really nicely with wood framing and rustic features. It's got a serious "hunting lodge" feel with guns on the walls and stuffed animals or skins everywhere. We were so excited to stay here for a wedding in the Catskills. The outside is just meh with a couple of dilapidated patios (no decks), a picnic table and a grill with no real landscaping. „The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate.
