„The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful.“

„We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here.“

„Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room. ...

„Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to "downtown" as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance.The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather ...

„We had a great family stay here. Big place. Large garage with ping pong and a foosball table. The ice machine was nice to have. Deck was a fun hangout in the evening. Good yard our dogs enjoyed. Smart tv for air casting. Did I mention it’s big? 3 full size fridges. Location is close to town and the lake. I would stay again.“
