- Guests have exclusive access to the entire private home throughout their stay, including the bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, private backyard, patio, and driveway.
- Self Check-In: Guests can conveniently check themselves in using the smart lock.
- Luggage drop-off may also be available for guest convenience when arriving early or departing later.

★ PARKING:
- Free driveway parking is available on the property for up to 3 vehicles.
- Street parking is also available, but parking directly in front of the house is permit-only during the week before 5 and is regularly patrolled.
- If your group requires additional parking, please let us know and we can assist with available options.

* Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM.
* No parties or events are permitted.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
* Pets are allowed

* Street parking directly in front of the home is permit-only during the week before 5
* Please use the driveway whenever possible.
