It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit. “

„The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again. “

„The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. The home itself is well furnished, very roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay carefree. Communication with the Property ...

„The house was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself for a weekend getaway. Very easy to walk to the riverfront and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The carpet on the stairs has been replaced from what is shown in the pictures. We had a car and easily found parking on the street next to the house. The ParkSavannah app is a better option than using the parking meters. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.“
