Zeezicht is a bright penthouse on the Blankenberge seafront, with a sea view and two sun terraces. Inside, you'll find light and calm: a spacious living area, a bedroom with its own terrace and two bathrooms. Beach, promenade and restaurants are right outside. Ideal for a weekend or a week by the sea. Dogs welcome (max. 2), €35 per dog per stay. Please note: this is a quiet apartment, not a party venue.

The Space:
Bedrooms & living area
The bedroom has a double bed of 160 × 200 cm, an en-suite bathroom, blackout curtains and its own terrace. In the living area, a sofa bed of 140 cm sleeps 2 extra guests. Four guests sleep comfortably.
The living area is bright and comfortable, with a Sonos sound system.

Fully equipped, just like home
Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. Cooking here is as easy as at home. There are two bathrooms with a shower. A washing machine is available.

Two terraces
Both terraces look out over the sea and the hinterland. Outdoor furniture includes two dining tables, sun loungers and a lounge corner. The cushions are in the white storage box on the rear terrace. Please bring them inside when it rains or when they are not in use.

Guest Access:
Arrival is fully self-service. The key is in a lockbox at the mailbox of apartment 1001. You receive the code in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.
A lift takes you to the 9th floor. From there, one flight of stairs leads to the penthouse on the 10th floor.
You have the entire penthouse and both terraces to yourself. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner.

The Neighborhood:
You'll stay on the Zeedijk in Blankenberge, right on the seafront. The beach, the promenade, restaurants, shops and the lively town centre are all close by.

Getting Around:
The beach and promenade are right outside. The Coast Tram and the station are nearby.
By car: there is no private parking. Paid street parking is available along the seafront (red zone rates apply).

Other Things to Note:
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.
A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.
We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.
Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Dogs welcome (max. 2), €35 per dog per stay. Please add your dog(s) to your booking.
Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 4 guests.
The penthouse is on the 10th floor: lift to the 9th floor, then one flight of stairs.
