Come and enjoy my cozy cottage located on a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Nottley. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or just relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake. There is also a fire pit for fun evening get togethers. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking . The cottage on has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. 011512

Beautiful view in a quiet cove

The house has two decks overlooking the lake that we enjoyed. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. All the furniture is super comfy and cozy we especially like the seating on the sceen porch. Deavers boat ramp is 5 minutes away you can tie up at the dock at the house. The use of SUP and kayak was fun. House is at a deadend road and is less than 10 mintues from Blairsville. The house was very cozy and welcoming. There is a gas grill and a fire pit. We lovrd being at Connies home!

Parked and walked in to an amazing view of the lake. Loved the furnishings and the queen bed was so comfy. Already thinking of a return visit to owners home on the lake. It's the last home on a dead end street. Privacy was awesome

Peaceful, tranquility with a wonderful view. Host's attention to detail and all aspects of needs not just met but over expectations. Pictures simply don't cover the beauty and ambience of this place. Will definitely be back.

Amazing!!!

This property was SO much more than we were hoping for! We made so many memories with two kids that are borderline impossible to keep off of their phone. We as a family have never been so active on a vacation! We kayaked and paddle boarded with the boards and kayaks provided. We swam in a lake that had nothing in it that wanted to kill us, and as a family from Florida that is a big deal! Connie was extremely accommodating! I can not say enough good things about this property! We will definitely be back.

Charming home on Lake Nottely

My family and I stayed at Connie’s home for just over a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the home are amazing and we loved the cove the house is located on in the lake. Already missing the views from the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend getaway...

Connie's lakefront cottage is the perfect getaway for active families with teens. The cottage itself is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with beautiful lake views. We took advantage of all of the lake toys (paddle board, kayaks, and assorted floats) and also rented a jet ski from Young Harris Watersports (they delivered to Deavers boat dock). The inlet is a low wake zone so we idled out but once we got into the lake there was plenty of space to play. The lake is deep off the dock with no zero-entry access and the water was clear. We enjoyed grilling out on the upper deck but also enjoyed eating some delicious BBQ at Papaw's 10 minutes away.

Lovely home on Lake Nottley

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend get-a-way in this Lake Nottley home. The owner was responsive and the property was just as described. It sits in a great cove - perfect for the paddle boards and kayak's the owner allows guests to use. The home is very cozy and clean. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay on Lake Nottley!

Fabulous Lake Vacation

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the place for the past 25 years and this one is now on our top 5 list. Oh my goodness, spotless, cozy and spacious. The view to the lake is beautiful. We really had no reason to leave the house except to go jump in the lake. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Amazing Property for Summer Fun at the Lake!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this property in early July. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with much of the essentials we needed. We loved how quiet this location of the lake was and it is located at the very end of a very quiet road. The beds were clean and comfortable for my wife and I and the kids enjoyed the twin beds. There is also a pull out bed in the loveseat in the tv room. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment and gadgets and there were even all the other spices, oils, etc. available for our use. Both single serve and regular coffee makers were available as well. The kitchen appliances were brand new and nice to use. We used the brand new looking outdoor gas grill a couple of nights and enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. The deck is shaded most of the day which was nice. There is also a covered deck seating area to enjoy. The AC worked great and there were ceiling fans in most every room. We had lots of fun on the two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards offered by the owner for our use. The water was very clean for a lake and surprisingly very warm. There were also all the life vest and other floatation toys available for our family to use. We rented a boat for one of the days at one of the local marinas and had a blast exploring this beautiful lake. The property owner was very responsive and very good at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Lovely, peaceful lakeside retreat

Connie has created a beautiful, welcoming lakeside retreat to share with renters. Our son and nieces loved using the paddle boards and kayaks. There were plenty of life vests and beach towels, everything that we needed to enjoy the lake to its full. We spent the first 7 days marveling at how quiet this section of the lake is. We loved listening to the birds singing in the mornings and evenings especially. The night before we had to leave, a party crowd rented a couple lots down and played loud music, but I think that was an anomaly. For the most part, the community surrounding the cottage seems peaceful and family-oriented. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and there is a very nice grill on the deck. We really appreciated finding brand new towels in the bathroom. Thank you again, Connie, for helping us celebrate our anniversary! 💕

Great location for a family getaway. 10 mins from Blairsville and 15-20 mins away from 4 wineries. House is well stocked and they provide paddle boards and kayaks for the lake.
