The second deck off the bedroom has an electric fire pit to sit around and enjoy a relaxing evening, making wonderful memories with one another. The unit is tastefully decorated and the owner has created a very comfortable environment for a quiet getaway. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen bed in the second. There is also a unique mini loft in one bedroom with a twin bed - like a secret fort, excellent for kids and kids-at-heart! The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for those family gatherings. There are two bathrooms with two showers, and there is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.
This property is centrally located and close to all Birch Bay has to offer. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, golf cart rentals, coffee shops ice cream and candy store and so. much more.

Pickleball equipment is available for you to use, as well. The smart TV can connect to your favorite apps and streaming services, so you don't have to miss your favorite shows, and there is a Bluetooth speaker for you to play your favorite music.
