The centre of Blaenau Ffestiniog town can be access via a 5-minute stroll and boasts many local amenities such as a restaurants, a pub, a convenience store, pharmacy and gift shops. A variety of activities can also be found on your doorstep; from the cycling trails at Antur Stiniog (2 ml) and golf at Porthmadog Golf Club (12 ml) to walks along the golden beach of Harlech (14 ml) and a tour the old quarry at Llechwedd (3 ml) or Zip World Slate Caverns (3 ml).

Kitchen and utilities: Open plan kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice dispenser.
Entertainment: Smart TV in lounge. Wifi available.
For families: Stair gate available on request. 
Outside: Enclosed terraced garden with mountainous views, brimming with potted greens and flowers. Decked area features bistro set, chiminea, charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating. 
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar. 
Pets: 2 dogs welcome for additional £25 per week. Enjoy a pet-friendly stay with a complimentary dog kennel or a cat litter box available on the premises during your stay. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking:  inside the cottage.
Parking: There is a parking area across the street from this property as well and on-street parking. Both parking options are on a first come first serve basis.
