„The owners were good to deal with. It’s located in a new developed area far from traffic so it’s quiet and not busy. It’s a basement suit but we didn’t hear anyone above us. It’s new and very clean. Only down side was you have to book 3 days to have access to the washer and dryer. We would book and stay here again. “

„Place was super clean, well put together and cute. Downside was owner did not answer messages and I had no way of contacting him until after I had checked in. Had to wait in the driveway of the listing hoping he would show as we had no idea the code to get in, after 40 mins he finally arrived and let us in. No complaints after that, place suited our needs perfectly “

„Amazing place to stay, for a little getaway. Would recommend this condo to anyone, with a small family or a few friends. it has everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Great location close to ring road giving you access to anywhere you need to go. Very quiet, clean building in a very safe area. „The shower was amazing, deep tub, amazing shower head, some REAL water pressure. Additionally it was quite, cozy and spacious. It was a little odd we had to strip the beds and turn on the washer ourselves but maybe thats normal with VRBO, I am new to these type of stays. The beds were very comfy!! “

„Perfect place to stay in south east Saskatoon. Had everything we needed. We needed a pet friendly location and this worked well for our dog. There is a park close by for walks. Also, the location is close to Circle Drive, so even though the rental is in the south east corner of the city, you can get around pretty quickly. I would recommend staying here.“

It is located in a newer neighborhood that is quiet, safe, has ample parking and is close to shopping & several nice restaurants. „We arrived at the apartment to realize the payment was accepted but nobody sent us the instructions to get in. When I messaged the owner, they told me the apartment has been double booked and we could not get in. Most hotels were full that weekend so they really ruined my stay in Saskatoon. Gladly, the Vrbo customer service was quick to answer and managed to find us another place to stay.“

„A bit noisy with new home construction going on. This is a new neighborhood, will be fine when construction completed. Close to Boychuck Drive where our friends live so worked great for us. It's a basement suite, so no view but very reasonable rates, and clean. Owner was very accommodating, and responded prompltly.“
