Crescent House has smart TV’s throughout and Full fibre Wi-Fi it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably; On the ground floor you will find separate large lounge to the front, downstairs WC, to the rear of the Property open plan Kitchen/ Diner with french doors leading on to the paved patio. On the First Floor, there is one double bedroom to the front of the property, one double bedroom to the rear of the property with external balcony and bistro set, the bedroom to the rear is also a walk-through room up to the third bedroom which is located in the loft, where there are two double low profile loft beds. Also, on the first floor you will find a family bathroom with a bath and over shower.

The rear of the property is a great space to relax and entertain the whole family, with a good size Kitchen/Diner with a fixed corner table and a bar area which leads on to a great external space.

The property includes 3 parking spaces; 1 space outside of the property and 2 guest passes for on-street parking.

All linen and one bath towel per guest will be provided, there is also parking for one car on the driveway to the front of the property.
