„The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool. “

„Das Personal ging auf unsere Anfragen nicht ein. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, alt und stinkig. Auf zweimalige Anfrage für einen Wechsel wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt. Die Kakerlake im Bett war „der“ Punkt, der den schlechten ersten Eindruck des Hotels nur bestätigte. Der Preis, den wir für die Übernachtungen zahlten, rechtfertigt niemals das Angebot. Gefühlt höchstens 2 Sterne Hotel. Einmal und nie wieder. Bei Abreise schaute man uns verdutzt an, als wir genau diese Punkte bei der Frage, wie es ...
