„Place is clean and very comfortable. It was a 1 night stay. People were very nice. Close to downtown Charlotte and train station.“

„Zimmer hat nach Hund gerochen. Personal ist freundlich. Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in ca.17 Minuten am Flughafen CLT.“

„If you're a smoker you will love it. Majority of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and especially the bathroom. Very uncomfortable mattress also.“

„Some receptionists are very rude and make fun of the guests.“

„Room was reasonable and clean. No drain plug in the tub to take a bath. The hallways smelled like pot.“

„Will stay there again absolutely love this place!“

„Nicely appointed suite! Super clean and a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops, cafes, various eateries and great walks. NoDa neighborhood is hip and cool! And close to downtown Charlotte, a quick 5 minute Blue Line train trip away, if you happen to be going to a concert or sporting event!“

„We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel. “

„We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful.“

„The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !“

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Ambiente des Hauses ist einfach wunderschön und der Garten ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war super! Und der riesen Balkon mit der Schaukel ist etwas ganz Besonderes.“

„The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking.“
