Important to Note: Although pets are not permitted for guests, the owners sometimes bring their dogs, so it is not recommended for individuals with dog allergies. While the outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and dining table can be used by guests, the outdoor kitchen is NOT permitted for guest use. There are 4 exterior cameras (one at the entry door, one on each front corner of the house, and one at the rear). No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community.
