„Das Check-in dauerte ewig! Nicht weil es viel zu tun gab, sondern weil sich 4(!) Rezeptionisten auf den Füssen standen und noch bisschen plauderten. Wir waren schon leicht genervt und erwarteten bzgl Unterkunft nicht sehr positives (der Erste Eindruck!), war dann aber alles okay. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, viel gehupe“

„Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out.“

„A night before my check in I called them to get details for accessing the property and I was told that they don’t have my booking and they no longer do business with VRBO, I had an important mining conference to attend next day for 4 days, so I flew in from Joburg to Cape Town without any accommodation as everything was booked due to the mining conference, I had to compromise on whatever property I got. They just refunded my money today in ZAR though I paid in US$. Seriously disgusting ...
