„What a beautiful home! If we needed a place for a larger group I would absolutely stay here! We only needed a very small space so we stayed in the basement room which was perfect...large bathroom, laundry, kitchen and right on the river! Definitely a winner!“

„This house was perfect for our girls weekend away. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The owners put out a perfect amount of chairs around the fire pit for us. It also is probably one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in (coming from a housekeeper). Would definitely recommend. “

„The Black Bear Lodge is one of the best places to stay in Western Maryland, especially if you enjoy entertaining. It has a perfect layout with a big deck and a nice living room area. And then on the lower floor is a nice game room. There are HDTVs in every single guest room.And here is a great extra plus: the top floor master bedroom has its own bathroom and a small loft which can double as an office. If you need a little break from your guests, you can retreat up there and get some quiet time ...

„The Historic Farm property was beautiful! Our family enjoyed fishing at the pond and biking in and around the property. We hiked and swam in the nearby State Parks. The bedrooms were spacious and the king sized beds comfortable. It was great to have meals with the whole family around the large dining room table. The ice machine in the cozy kitchen was an added bonus.“
