Very Spacious, Well maintained and nicely decorated
rooms and living and dining space. Full kitchen well
stocked with dishes, silver ware, cups, glasses, pots,
pans ect!

Other details to note:
You may hear the train around 10-11pm & around
6am. There is also a factory a few blocks away that
you may hear a few noises from at night but you can
just barely hear them.
We have a locked closet in our home in the hallway
that we keep some of the supplies we use for the
property inside. Just FYl.
We use scented cleaning supplies, Gain & Tide

Neighborhood description:
Home is located in the historic Norwood District. The Section of the community that the home is in has some urban surroundings and is currently undergoing
restoration to increase and add value to an already
thriving community! The idea is to bring even more
nightlife, restaurants and an over all downtown
feeling to this section of Norwood. It's a Very quiet
neighborhood, barely any traffic.
Protective Stadium, Downtown Birmingham, 5 points,
Uptown, Lake View, County Courthouse and Airport
ALL WITHIN 5 miles of home!

Getting around:
On street parking in front of the house and off street
parking in the backyard inside the homes gated
fence. Uber/Lyft is available majority of the time as well.
