The space
It is a studio apartment, there is no wall between the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. Fully equip kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and full bath make it perfect for your home away from home during your medical rotation, remote work or weekend away. The lobby boasts games, snacks kiosk and a gym for your use during your stay.

The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children's hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located!

Guest access
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in.

No parking is available at the building. In the guidebook suggestions of free and paid areas to park will be provided.
If for whatever reason the elevator is not working, guests understand they must access the property via stairs.
