- Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.

- Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

- A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.

- The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

- We provide professionally cleaned good quality linen and towels.
