„The room is basic, but clean, warm and comfortable. Single glazed windows don't keep much of the road noise out but, had it not been for karaoke (which I was warned about and finished at a sensible time) I wouldn't have heard the pub. For the price, certainly can't grumble. Only main gripe was the fire exit sign, which I'm sure is far brighter than it needs to be. Bring shower gel! “

„It was a great experience for my wife and I to sleep over a pub. The staff were extremely friendly. We met some wonderful people from Wells and we had a really good beer and cider. „Ein historischer Pub in der Pampa mit sehr gutem Essen. Die Zimmer sind in einem extra Pavillon hinter dem Pub Gebäude untergebracht. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren recht neu und sehr sauber. Wahrscheinlich lieben die Engländer kleine Zimmer, doch wir empfanden dieses als etwas arg klein. Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.“

"Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Bshnhof von York gelegen. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar bzw. es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür wo reguläre Linienbusse und Touristen Busse abfahren. Das Hotel ist auch für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nutzbar und besitzt einen Aufzug. Im Hotel gibts auch eine Bar und Restaurant für die Besucher. "
