I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. “

„Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. “
