„Wir haben insgesamt zwei Nächte in diesem Haus in Perledo verbracht. Kontaktperson war Fabio, der uns vorab per Whatsapp die wichtigsten Informationen zukommen ließ. Als wir ankamen waren dann aber keine Schlüssel in der vorgesehenen Box zu finden. Fabio hat sich aber direkt um alles gekümmert (die vorherigen Gäste hatten wohl vergessen, ihre Schlüssel abzugeben) und uns auf seine Rechnung in die nahegelegene Bar Milano auf ein Bier geschickt. Wenig später konnten wir dann die Villa beziehen. ...

„Die Villa ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben; ein schöner großer Garten mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie einem traumhafter Blick auf den See vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers. Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist, was problemlos möglich war. Von der Bushaltestelle oder der Fähranlegestelle sind es zu Fuß knapp 15 Minuten. Ein Restaurants und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. “

„Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. „This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs.
