This typical Finca with its 600 square meters, elegant furnitures, was built in the 18th Century and maintains it’s characteristics and original taste, thanks also to the terracotta floors and high quality parquet.
The property is around 4 acres with fruits trees and olives trees, several terraces to admire the surrounding and the Mediterranean gardens. There is also an atelier , garages and a small Chapel, a tennis court and horse riding areas, accessible by a path close the duck pond. The park host some beautiful white and coloured peacock that will welcome you at the entrance of the estate.

Complete these large outdoor spaces a romantic gazebo, the swimming pool 10x6 mt surrounded by beautiful bougainvilleas with a deck for sunbeds and umbrellas, to ensure the relax during the sunny days.

The ground floor with stunning view of the mountain chain , can be accessed through a nice patio with outdoor dining area. Here we find a spacious hall , two larges lounges with sofas, fireplaces, TV sat, a dining room with table and chairs; the modern style fully equipped kitchen includes a second dining area, complete this floor a utility room and a study with the fireplace.
Going on the first floor we find the 5 sleeping rooms,elegantly furnished, bright and spacious with double bed/canopy, three with en suite bathroom, the other two shares a big bathroom, all with shower and toilet.

Villa Peacock offers a playground for children with lot many games like trampolin, small house ecc...This is another reason why this villa is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family and friends and organise events or wedding in the beautiful private park.
